What a waste of time. I want to create UPI I'd for my idfc account and the process involves doing through this bank. The bank never logins through the credentials. Pathetic experience. I have been trying to create the UPI I'd since a month. It never succeeds. Worth customer service.
Unable to register. After successfully sending verification SMS the app says SIM card not detected.
